At this difficult time, the American people mourn with the people of Brazil, and we offer our thoughts and prayers to the friends and family members of those who were killed or injured.

“The conditions surrounding this plane crash that claimed so many lives is heartbreaking. The families deserve justice and answers and in doing so, I applaud the in-depth investigation being conducted by the authorities to find out what actually happened to the plane and the victims.”
