“Today, in the case of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, the United States Supreme Court unanimously overturned a federal appeals court ruling that would have barred mail-order prescriptions for mifepristone, a prescription drug used for more than half of abortions in the United States.
